I went to the Avaya website to download the PC Administration Software for a ACS R7 but I couldn't get the link to work. Is it just me? When I called Avaya they were no help. Can someone direct me to another source for the software?

I just went to Avaya's site( https://support.avaya.com) and found the admin software under Partner R7. It comes as a zip format from an ftp site, I had trouble once accessing the ftp site and it turned out that our computer networking guys had me restricted to access ftp sites. They were worried about viruses and the like.
