My customer wants capability to press a button and record his phone calls, which I know can be done with ACS R7 and Partner Messaging. However, my customer wants the ability to save recordings to an external storage device (CD) each day/week/month depending upon retention capability of Partner Messaging. Can this be done? How? If it cannot be done using Partner Messaging, any suggestions of another recording interface that would accomplish this?
