I have a Partner T-1 card connected to a Cisco router which goes to a PRI spliting voice and data. The problem they are havin is that they can't make out bound call when dialing at normal speed. If they dail slow calls go threw. When they dail at normal speed the first few digits are lost. I know the Partner is suppose to only support a str8 T-1 but this is what I was given to work with, is there anything I can do? The ACS is a release 6.
