I have customer who needs to dial some 900 tech support lines. I have set up the extensions in the allowed list and they can dial out, but they get an error recording.
Qwest says it is clean on their end. Is there special programming on the switch to allow 900 calls on the PRI?

if it was the switch it wouldve said call denied. Have the provider run a trap to see if they get the right digits.

Check with the LD provider. The local provider just passes toll calls off. The intercept message should have a trailer message code after the announcement to ID the switch providing the block.
