I'm looking to record greetings on a partner messaging system (not a vs). I'm doing them off site (from an outside line. When I call into the system, it's asking me for a mailbox number. I always used 99# to do these, but my tech is saying that on this system, I have to use 0#??? Anyone know anything about this. I'm sure I'll be ok for all the rest, and I have the password. All I'm missing is the box?????
