Our golf club has an AT&T Merlin plus R2 phone system and we are useing a local phone provider that has quit a number of advanced features that use the switch-hook function of a POT to access. Outside line transfer is one of these features. Hitting the switch-hook on a Merline phone simply disconnects the line, so a manual use of the switch-hook won't work. Does anyone know of a method that will work with this system?

Pressing the RECALL button on the phone provides a switch-hook flash.
