I want to add Music on Hold to my Merlin Legend Release 4.0. How do I accomplish this?
Also, I already have SPM sofware for some administration, but I am looking to upgrade to WinSPM.
Do you know where I can get a copy?

You add it to a LS or GS line/trunk programmed for Music On Hold
You can get the winspm at avaya.com

the coupler is recommended, but not required.

Z is correct; recommended but will work without a coupler.
