I'm a Nortel guy working on a Partner. That's the first problem. Second, they have the voice mail answering on the second ring on lines 4 and 5. When the AA picks up, it gives the caller the option to press "3" for customer service. Extensions 10,12, and 16 ring. This is all good except if the call goes unanswered, they have an answering machine plugged in to retrieve the call. I don't know who installed this but the customer needs this fixed. If the call goes unanswered, can it end up in a general voice mailbox on this system? The guy who installed it programmed those three extensions in hunt group 71. Lines 1,2, and 3 are not answered by the AA, they go to Bell Canada's voice mail.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Chris

P.S. Mitch and Russ, that 905 area code call today was from me.
