I was wondering if anyone had encountered this problem on the Definity Intuity messaging system and managed to solve it.
On certain mailboxes and not on all when a call is sent to voice mail the Intuity requests that the caller re-enter the number they wanted to reach. I tried deleting the mailbox and re-created it. I tried to delete the extension on the switch and re-create it. Non of them solved the problem.

The Intuity's integration is not correct. Make sure all the extensions in the voicemail huntgroup are also in the VM's correct ports. Test this by dialing each extension while watching the VM port monitor making sure the correct port answers for the extension dialed. What type of Integration are you using?
