when I monitor the SMDR using the monitor funcition on WinSPM, can I save the info to a file? I also have a second laptop hooked up to the SMDR port, but i don't know how to save the info and how much it will save?

You can capture the text to a file in Hyperterm. Or, if you are in monitor you set up a capture to file when you open the program. It ask's you what you want to name it. mon.txt is the default and its location is the same as the prints for your site setup. if you do not rename it it overwrites each time. Then there is a button to stop logging to file and to restart C:\ProgramFiles\AvayaSolutions\WinSPM\SiteData
