Hello, I'm experiencing a strange problem with intermittent conference calls disconnecting.
Sometimes when a user presses the release button to leave the two conferenced parties connected, All three parties are disconnected. Not every time just some of the time. About 3-4 times a day. The parties have to call back and report it and it doesn't always happen which makes it hard to diagnose. It's also only happening on in one cabinet. It happens on in bound and out bound calls and these calls are usually to another part of the building. I had someone from Avaya look at it and they were not able to find anything. I also swapped out our DS1 board in hopes that the ports were bad. Nothing changed. Thanks

Need to know what system you have, and release, trunk type and if calls are conferenced between different T-1s.
