Multi-Application Platform for Definity (MAPD)Its a blade PC that acts as a gateway communicating with the Definity via ISDN and converting the call Delta messages to TCPIP. That in turn is loaded to a server that databases the info and uses elements of that information for CTI apps like screen pops and telephone control. A good place to start is with document 555-230-136 from Avaya callVisor ASAI Applications Over MAPD.
