I would like to learn the Basics about MAPD card. Like How it works, What it does, Ports settings, Adjuncts etc.,. Help needed with any document.

Multi-Application Platform for Definity (MAPD)Its a blade PC that acts as a gateway communicating with the Definity via ISDN and converting the call Delta messages to TCPIP. That in turn is loaded to a server that databases the info and uses elements of that information for CTI apps like screen pops and telephone control. to read detail documentation visit www.support.avaya.com and search for MAPD. that doc is really helpful and will give u indepath of mapd basics and its administration thanks satish
