We have installed an Internal M.O.Hold for our IP office, they told us that every time you shut the system off or for power outage you have to install the file holdmusic.wav again that is weird***
is that right?? do you have any solution??
we do not want to use the external M.O.hol.
thanks

Once you create holdmusic.wav the system will use that file as long as its in the Manager folder every time it reboots. It will not have to be reloaded. If you remove the file it will need to be rebooted after you replace the file for it to reload.
