We have installed an Internal M.O.Hold for our IP office, they told us that every time you shut the system off or for power outage you have to install the file holdmusic.wav again that is weird***

is that right?? do you have any solution??

we do not want to use the external M.O.hol.

thanks

Once you create holdmusic.wav the system will use that file as long as its in the Manager folder every time it reboots. It will not have to be reloaded. If you remove the file it will need to be rebooted after you replace the file for it to reload.

thanks
my question is I want to save that file somewhere in the ip office, this way i do not need the ip manager folder everytime i reboot or shut the system off for any reason, I know that IP office does not have a hard drive but maybe there is a way to save the file where we save the programing.

thanks again
