I recieved "invalid sanity respone" and "command buffer full" on both my local PRI and the Point to Point T1. any ideas of what could be causing these errors? Hardware, T1 provider? What do they mean?

You will get those errors if the T-1 takes a hit and goes down or unplugged. You can clear the counters with a slot reset. Most of the time this is normal and will not cause any trouble. This can have an adverse effect if you added or replaced any boards without doing a board renumber. Most outside techs do not do board renumbers when adding/changing because all seems well and working when they power up. More work for me.
