Just installed a Cab48 on a Partner ACS Rel.4. Dss shoes who is on the phone but you can not use the buttons to xfer a call or to call a set on the icm. I have it attached to a 18d phone
Also does release 4 support a 0x11 card

Do you have the 48 on port 10 or 11?
No such thing as a 0x11, If your talking about a 012E the answer is no you need 5 and above.

There really isn't much to them, just hook it up with 10 or 11 and your good to go. It did come with the power supply and cables didn't it?

walter you told me you had this dss laying around i recall a mix and match issue with dss 18 and 34 button sets and releases of partners i will look around or maybe someone will chime in also is that the original power supply ken ps i think there are 2 releases of dss's i had laying around that i could only use in a certain config im thinking it could only be used on an old mls34d also are some of the int button s on the 18 they cant appear twice on same phone ? also u mentioned cab48 all the books ref ca48 just a thought

The installation manual says the MLS phones must use the MLS-CA24 and the Partner phones must use the Partner-CA48. Are you using it on An MLS18D or a Partner 18D https://support.avaya.com/edoc/docs/partplus/prpca481.pdf

Partner 18D....not MLS...
Ken, replacement power supply.... from Avaya... Power is not the issue... the buttons light when someone is on the phone.... so the blf feature works... not the dss feature
