just got a call from a company who has a vs r4.0.

They stated that it will cut off calls before the opening greeting is played and also sometimes dumps all calls to x10.

I looked at the manual and could not find anything out as far as what to look at.

I heard that the vs did in fact give a lot of headaches. Is it time to upgrade it or replace it witht he large vm pcmia card.

First I would look at the programming and make sure that they didn't do anything to it (you know how some people like to play with programming and then call when it's screwed up) It also could be the VS going out or needs to be reseated.

You could reseat and test, or maybe even set the VS4 back to default and re-program, that would tell you for sure if it's toast or not.

If you need some help feel free to call.
