OnHold Plus ( https://www.onholdplus.com/) model 6000 comes with over 50 minutes of music pre-loaded. Or you can load music onto a SmartMedia card and (depending upon the size of the SmartMedia card) you can load hours of music. Comes with software to build your own downloads.

OnHold Plus is a good one. You might also look at Premier Technologies's CDL series. (premtech.com)
A word of caution here. I don't know how things are in Lebanon but in the US, if you are planning on using music from CD's (or any other form of recorded or broadcast music including radio) you need to understand that the material is copyrighted. You can listen for your own personal use but using anything from them for MOH or in any place of business is a violation of copyright law.
We all know too well how the RIAA has been setting their dogs loose on anybody they can find violating music copyrights. BMI, ASCAP and SESAC, the three outfits that manage and collect copyright and performance rights fees in the US, have "spies" that will report to them businesses that appear to be playing music they shouldn't be. These "spies" are ordinary people who they elicit and ask pay attention to the music played by the businesses they normally frequent.
I know- BMI asked me one time to do this and I declined.
