Is there anyway to a disk defrag on old audix system (486 machine)? Customer is getting mailbox full on various mailboxes. When you remove mailbox and reinstall them it seems to work for awhile before recieving the message again. The have 68 mailboxes. Any help would be appreciated.

Reboot. This will clean up the files. Need to do this from software not pushing the on/off button. Reboot every 90 days.

We rebooted the other day and it seemed to help but after 3 days the problem started again. We reboot this morning now all the mailboxes are full.

Any alarms? Also, display the Administrator's-Log and show all events for the last week. When you view the "full mailboxs" what does the Activity-Log say for those extensions? Double check the COS Mailbox Size and Retention Times. It may have been changed.
