Can an extension have more than one personal operator? Specifically, if the first operator isn't there, then the phone rings at the second operator, and if they aren't there, then it rings at the third phone. I guess it is the same as Primary and Secondary Coverage (I'm realizing this as I'm typing). But can a third person be added to this as well, i.e. 3rd Coverage.
System: Merlin Magix R2
Thanks

Are you talking about coverage on the phone system, or a personal operator in the voice mail system? Mike ------------------ | Business Telephones | Telephone Systems

Make an adjunct extension be your personal operator out of the mailbox. Put a Primary Coverage with Immediate Ring on your first answering position, Primary with Delayed Ring on the 2nd, and Secondary Coverage with immediate ring on the third. Change the Secondary Coverage Delay to 4 rings. (Use Secondary Coverage with Delayed Ring if you need still another answering position)
