Can anyone tell me if this is an audible alert for ext's in a calling group? I tried to set it up and it would not take the ext number I put in. What is it looking for and what exactly will this feature do? It is on page 4-225 of the system programming book. I have a customer who claims they were able to be on one call from a calling and then get ringing from a second call from this group. They recieved a short ring and then the light flashed until they were able to get to it. This is what this feature seems to describe in the manual.
Thank You for the help

the reason of a calling group is to route calls to an idle extention if the caller already is on a call from the group the next call will ring at the next extention in the group the group, depending on your programming, will either hunt to the most idle , next in line(linear), or next in rotation (circular).
