Can someone tell me the easiest way to program a dial by name directory in the Intuity Audix. I've seen it done and there is a round about way of doing this.

I only no one way. an auto-attnd mailbox with name format.

What are the steps to make this work. Do you need to transfer out of this mailbox by using *8 or *2 or anything else?

you can transfer out by dialing the first three letters of the persons last name, But it woen't work until you record a greeting.

can some one explain this broadly, i wanted to do dial by name implementation in audix , pls let me know what all hardware and software and also config is required for the same.

i am using and embedded audix module
