Hi All,
I have a customer who has a Partner telephone system w / a standalone voicemail system (2 port). It looks like a pc & says Partner Mail Rel. 1.8 PM02 on it. They would like to add ports, use it for A.A. w/sub-menus, & voicemail. Does anyone out there have any documentation, information, or maybe a source for this old equipment ?

You can find the docs on avayas web site , it may be very hard to expand it do to it's age. Good luck.

You may wish to recommend they upgrade to a newer VS rel.5. Of course that will only work if they have a spare slot
Do the job right the first time.
