Is there a unit that can be added to a MLX 28D or MLX 20L similiar to adding a DSS unit that will allow one touch auto-dial for external calls?
This customer has max out all the buttons for the two(2) MLX 28D sitting on his desk.
The system/personal speed dial is not an option for this guy, he only wants the easy one touch dialing.

nope. even on the mlx20 it is dss only, not speed dial.
this guy wants something that he cant have and needs to get over it. the system speed dial is in every system for a reason. place the list on the wall by the phone, program a speed dial button so all he has to do is enter the speed dial number.
