I've recenlty added CWC's in Centruvu. I added them in the CMS administration and I've also added them in the dictionary. The users have been using the codes yet all the reports show no data. Is there another step I'm missing?

The reps were not entering # after each code. Sometimes it pays to get up and watch them.

Hi I am new at this telephony stuff and any help would be great. I just added CWCs as well. Our reps use IP Agent V4. And when they click on Workcode and then the code followed by the # sign they and the client hear beeping sounds. Is there any way to eliminate the beeping sound?
