Use #506 1 for day and 2 for night and you can set the rings per line.
Be sure to go through programs 505,206,507,310,321 also. It sounds like you haven't got the ports in 505 set right.

Well it depends, what ACS are you running R6 and below or a R7, what mail and how many ports?

If it's a 2 port use 28,29 if it's a 4 port use 26,27,28,29

i had a partner pluss 4.2 w/ the VM 1.0. I had it set up so if no one answered the phone after X rings you got the VM. The VM gave you an option list of people. (press 1 for X, press 2 for y, press 3 for z...)It would then ring their extension. If they did not answer their phone you then got their personal VM. I am useing the same VM blade but would like to use the ACS 3.0 blade. I just can not get it to ring correctly. It rings once and the AA comes on and says the call is transfered to the receiponist (i.e. ext 10)

As DTMF wrote above, your VM ports are either 28 and 29, or 26-27-28-29 (2 port or 4 port).
If you know how to program, it is #505-7-XX-1, where XX is the VM port, to properly assign the VM ports.
Then it's #506-M-LL-X, where M is the mode, LL is the line, and X is the number of rings befor the Auto Attandant should answer.
And #206-7-LL-1 to assign the lines to the Auto Attendant.
Good luck!!
