hello, I have an avaya 8410d phone that i cant take off cover, I've tried * / # 3 but no fix.

any other ideas?

Try ##3. If that doesn't work remove and add the station.

Off cover? Do you mean send all calls. Maybe???


Do a 'disp feat' Page 3, Send all calls activation and deactivation. Make sure there are FAC to do it first. Go to the phone that has SAC activated and dial the deactivation code.

If you or the phone you are working on has console permissions then you will need to do FAC and extension to deactivate.
