I need help on how to change when a customer pushes 0, I need to change the extension!!!

I understand it's a Lucent, what system is it? Partner, Magix, Legend, Definity and what mail is working with the switch.

PARTNER AND I'M NOT SURE ABOUT WHICH MAIL IS WORKING THE SWITCH IT HAS THIS # 518-456-341 DOES THAT HELP?

What does it say when you press the VM button (Welcome to Partner Mail xxx) xxx=mail system.

Ok, if it's a VS then it has to be VS5 in order to change the 0-time out to another station, are you comfortable going in as the admin? If not give me a call. number is in my profile

Go in and in the auto attn selector codes you will be able to change the 0-time out to a diiferent station if you have VS5, if it's VS4 and below it will not have that option and you won't be able to change it.
