Looking for advise from techs that actual have had experience with multiple systems. I have a requirement of 9 lines, 18 extensions, IT, auto-attendant, messaging routing; from a system. I am comparing the NEC Aspire to the Avaya Partner systems. Any direction (due to problems with either system) that I should be aware of that would affect my decison on purchase?

I am not as familiar with the NEC system, and our company considers them the lessor of our offerings, even though we are an NEC dealer. The Avaya Partner ACS system would offer you everything you need. I find them very dependable, and easily expanded. Both Partner Mail VS 6 & 7 offer WWW.Messenger, which allows voice mail to email, etc. The latest processor, 7.0, handles 5 lines, 9 stations, you can add 3by8 modules as necessary.
