Have a unique problem coming up on an older R3 system. The system is configured with (2) 206E modules R3.1 Problem: When line #2 rings in and is answered at ext #10, you get diatone and immediate disconnects at ext #10 and the phone set loses all lights and functions and goes dead. If you go to another extension, line #2 is shown as being on hold. If you pick the line up at another extension, you can clear the line and than extension #10 clears and is normal again. Until a call comes in on line #2.
I've tried powering it down, and performed #728 System reset but no luck.
Any ideas??

I assume by R3 it isn't a ACS R3.
Could be a bad 206 or even the processor, do you have extra cards to play with? remove and swap the 206's to see what module is causing it. you have a little trouble shooting to do.
