I wanted to disconnect/abondon/ all calls which hits VDN once the calls counts on vdn during that interval reaches my service level( say 100 calls). The count here shd include both active calls as well as calls which have already completed on VDN.
any ideas...just need ideas if that is possible or not or doest it requires an adjunt/CTI ??
