I am pretty new to telecom, so take it easy on me. Currently my bosses have HP multifunction fax/printers in their offices. They will be moving to floor three with the fax machines in tow. I need to know how to set this up. The faxes have their own extension and separate dial in numbers. Our main # is 443-285-xxxx. Here is where I get lost, our DID number sequence is 443-283-xxxx, but my bosses all have different 443-285-xxxx numbers for their faxes. The software we currently use is Voicemail Pro 2.1 and IP Office Manager 4.1.
Thanks in advance, John

I don't know your wiring setup, but all you should have to do is locate the new jacks, the old x-connects, and move the wires to the new jacks.

As BW stated, just move the jumpers to the new jack locations. There is no need to do it from "The ground up" if the numbers and DID are not changing.
