Hi all, Thanks for reading this..

I am curious. Does anyone know of a way to expand beyond the default conference call limitations on the Merlin Magix?

We have the latest version of the Magix with a PRI.

Current limitations allow us either a 2x2+originator (2 external, 2 internal + internal origin) from a console phone or 2x1 on a standard extension. We would like to be able to expand this to 4x2 or better.

Any tips or suggestions?

one way would to have conference call as a feature on the lines. 2 on each line from the C.O. would be 4 outside people - not the easiest but it would work

best way is to add a conference bride unit. These units connect to single line ports and can be from 6 ports to 36 ports. Confer II or III works real good.

Thanks for the tips.. I looked into the CO providing features but since wour PRI is "featureless" we're stuck. I'll look into a conference bridge or third party service.
