I have inherited this functioning phone system from the system administrator that unexpectedly left the company.
I have absolutely no prior knowledge about phone systems and have no insight into how this system works or how to fix minor issues.
I have a guide on how to use the phone. What I am looking for is a guide for the system administrator on basic use and programming.
I tried Avaya.com but was overwhelmed by the amount of information that was available. I was not able to find the information I was looking for.

I guess what I am looking for is a "Phone guide for Dummies" level instructional.

I recieved a three booklet set from Lucent called "Definity Systems Little Instruction Box" it's scribbled to look like a childrens book. I used it early on as a companion guide book. I don't know if the still made but it exists on line in a pdf format.
