Hal, are you asking if the Transtalk is still useable with the IP Office?
I didn't realize that it could be used with the IP Office but no, that's not what I was saying.
It makes no difference what platform the Transtalk is used with, the interference problem is the same regardless.
I was implying that if you hear from these customers don't be surprised though my experience has been some will call and complain but others won't notice it unless you bring it up. So don't.

Yeh I know what your saying.
I don't like the transtalk much. Could proably count on one hand the poeple that don't have trouble with them.
The range and durability is really bad. I really hope Avaya comes up with something to replace them with.
I noticed where you mentioned the 9050. I have not heard of that one, what is it?
We now, if it is possible, try to steer the customer to the Enguenius Dura Phone. It is only a single line device but the range and durability is great.
Like the specktra link, but a little pricey.
