has anyone dealt with Cisco Call Managers? I have not seen or heard too much that impresses me with their system but my IS Manager and my next boss just insist we go with Cisco. I think it's more because of the name, unfortunately I'm going to be the one that has to fix all of the problems. Job security I guess, as long as I can keep it up and running.

I worked for Cisco supporting ICM(geotel) and when it works it is great. Lots of support required.
