I have a 308ACS Rel-3 with the small PC Voicemail
I can not get the password reset in the Admin mailbox 0. I have the code but it is not working. I have used this code on other sml vm and it's worked but not here.
Any ideas?

Do you have a number that I can call in to it? You can also try a power off/on to see if it will let you in.

In all seriousness, if you are set up for remote access, have him dial in. It will save you a fair ammount over a standard service call.
