They want all of the phones to ring when the Night Service is on. This is a large building and when someone is working after hours, there's no telling where they'll be in the building. Having all phones ring helps to ensure they know someone is calling in.(just because the door is locked and the receptionist is gone doesn't mean that we don't want to make a sale)
I'm going to look at the settings for #208 tonight. Thanks for all of the feedback.

Finally had a chance to get back over and was able to get it working.
Removed Ext.10 as the assigned owner.
Thanks to "Touch Tone Tommy" and for everyone else's suggestions.
