Partner ACS R6 and Partner Messaging R1. Messages left in General MB on AA1 won't light MWI on Operators ext (10). Ext 10 also has it's own MB. Same problem on AA2 and Operator for on that one also (ext 12). Messages left in their respective MBs do light, just not the General MBs.

Is 10 programmed to be the general mailbox owner for AA1, or are the messages going to 9991? Buy default the generals will be 9991-9992-9993-9994 and should go to 10 until you change them.

Yes. System parameters (option 1) Gen MB Owners (option 4) AA1 to ext 10 AA2 to ext 12 I already tested the lights and they are getting lights for their personal boxes.

Sounds like you have it correct, just for giggles do a system reset program saved and test it.

The system does not have a backup card. Is there any chance I will lose the programming doing a system reset?

Thank you. It was a brand new install so the batteries should be good. I have the customer on the phone now so I'm going to have her try it.

May want to ask and make sure there is not a message on x10 or x11 that says "Replace System Batterys with Power On".
Since the system doesn't have a back-up card.

The general mailbox will still light the owner for that box and that is the problem he is having.
