It is a Partner II mail vsr1.0 has 4 modules, 206E Module R3.0, 206EC Module R4.1, Processor Module R3.1 and Partner Mail VS R1.0
Extension 26 & 27 assigned to Hunt Group 7 <#505>
Can dial out from the extension #15, and can intercom same ext from ext 10.
However, when an outside caller tried to press ext#15 after hearing the greeting, the call is transferred back to the receptionist's ext 10.
What can be done?

When you get a minute please make your profile
complete

This the same partner II that you started posts on 12/04 Right ?

Do you have voicemail cover on x15
program 310 should be assigned for ext 15.

I assume you have a mail box open for x15.

Can callers dial ext 14 or 16 as well? If not check the selector code for 1 to see what the action is. It should be direct ext transfer. I'm assuming V1 is like the other versions as far as needing to assign selector codes.

Checking on Menu Definition, they are
"1 to place an order" selector code transfer to ext 10
"2 company address" selector code transfer to ext 20
"3 company directory" selector code transfer to ext 30
Is it possible to have Direct Extension Transfer and Selector Code Transfer both begin with "1"?
If this is the problem, how to overcome it?

Yes you need to change your selector codes.

Because when someone presses ext 15 all the system is seeing is the first digit "1" then going to ext 10.

Start your selector codes above the number of ext's in system.

Ex. if you have ext going up in the 30 range start your selector codes at 4

Then it would be press 4 to place order, 5 company address, 6 for directory.

And you can change them in the admin box.

I think the problem is the Selector Code 1, I change code 1 back to Direct Extension Transfer and now it works.
So does that mean I can't use code 1 for direct code transfer because the receptionist is 10 and that can't be changed.

Yes, did you read my above post?
Extension numbers on a Partner are what they are and can not be changed.
