Our MOH device for our Avaya IP 406 switch has finally stopped working and I am looking to replace it.
I believe that Voice Mail Pro has the ability to play music as well as a recorded message in a looped fashion, but haven't been able to figure out how to set this up....
Any ideas on where to start?
Thanks,
Rob

We have ours running off a music program on the server.
Musicmatch Jukebox and in that program it has a repeat option. And can import whatever into it.

Ipoffice can play a wav file max of 30 seconds, it will loop. Install the file in the TFTP Manager directory name it "Holdmusic.wav" and reboot the unit. The IPOffice will load the file and use it. You can also use any of the PC's internal music programs and the audio output jack to the MOH input jack on the rear of the IPOffice.
