As many of you know AVAYA does not do formal Partner Tech trainning unless you are a AVAYA Business Partner. If you are a Partner training comes from you distributor. This training is not AVAYA Certified. It is a two day class. The cost is $325.00 and includes 6 months of tech support. The training is geared to the needs of the people in the class.
Thanks

In my opinion the fee is not justified unless Avaya certification is available.

Yep. Kinda sounds like graduating from an un-accredited college to me! Why your not suggesting non dealers sell Avaya product are you?

Um. Read the manual and test out of the class. From the Avaya website you can take the asessment 2 times. Ifyou fail then you have to pay for the class before you can take the test again.
OH YEAH. I'm not a business partner, but tested out of magix and partner.
