IP Office 406 with voice mail pro...
Thanks,
Rob

You can from Outlook using the rules wizard and create a rule that forwards the mail to a custom contact based on the sender name

Unfortunatly the user is in a remote office and her outlook is accessed via vpn. She is alos on the road alot and takes her notebook computer with her...So I don't think that the rules wizard would help....thanks.

I have one of my IPO sending an alert through e-mail as the single line phones do not have MWI. Once we got the e-mail server not to block the alerts, it works quite well. Just put the e-mail address in and set for alert. There are a few other small changes to make. I can check and see what I did if you need the info. Dave
