I installed merlin mail(seperate unit)on a legend.i went thru the programming but the aat will not answer .when i dail into ext 777 the mail answers. can someone tell me what i'm missing. thanks

Are you sure you have a merlin legend voicemail? I always dial 770 to get into the voice mail on a legend and 777 for the partner mail.

I don't know how to help you, but 770 is the voicemail extension on my system as well (merlin legeng with lucent voicemail)

a V M calling group can be any group from 770 -791 7920- 7929 its the group type that is important when a customer of mines upgrade from a partner if they want to still dial 777 I'll make that the CG the Magix if you use conf M Mss it put it 7929 coming up from AT&T & Lucent as a tech we use 770 as standard in most cases now teshark did you put your line or pool into the callin group
