I've got a customer that has all calls outside of his local exchange now requiring a 1 plus area code to complete the call. Can someone assist me in the programming? Can a 1337 easily be inserted in front of these calls? I'll have to get a list of all exchanges that are not in their local calling area to complete the task. They are using analog trunks, with trunk group 70. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Can't be done!?!? Although it's more that can probably be done through a simple Q&A on a forum, that's what the ARS tables are all about. Make up a prefix table with the local prefixes in it, have the route NOT insert any digits. Make the default local table include 1337 as the added digits. If there is a match with the local prefix FIRST, the call goes out without the extra digits, if not (and it's not a 1 plus area code call that's handled by a different default toll table), the 1 and area code is automatically added.
Piece o' cake.

So the prefix table with the local prefixes is ARS Input and exchange will be highlighted? Like say table 1? And then Ill go to Sub A Pools 25-1 and enter my 1337?

You're on the right track, but the table with the local prefixes doesn't get the 1337, beacuse those are the prefixes that you just dial 7 digits. Any other 7 digit call that isn't in that table ends up in the default local call table, and that's the one that you add the 1337 to. Do a print of your ARS tables, so you know which table is default local calling (they are different in different releases), then you can modify it and build a local table
