Is your system in key or hybrid mode?

Are you familiar with the monitor function? you could use that to see if the port is outpulsing the digits. Then use the smdr feature and see if the last vmail port grabs a line from the pool.

OR, assign only 1 line to the last vmail port, put your butt set on that line and listen, to see if the vmail picks up that line and dials.

Wait, you can't use outcalling in Hybrid mode??

Just so we know a bit more of how you are set up:

On regular phones, you pick up an SA button, dial 9 and the telephone number to get out?

Try changing Ext. 22's outcalling to dial an EXTENSION number, and see if it will dial an inside phone when a message is left.

Once that is working, you should be able to put in 9*(telephone number) and have it dial out.

Verify the Class of Service of the mailbox.

Check the schedule for outcalling, and that it is turned on.

Double, triple, check the restiction and ARS FRL of the last VM port, and check it by using *SSPP instead of extension number, just to make sure.

Watch the status lights on the VM ports to see what they are doing after a message is left.
