I am having issues with assigning COS's to boxes i want to create. I would like all mailboxes to have out calling available so Im going with a COS of 3 or 4 depending on storage time. How come the system keeps telling me when I try to create new boxes that 3 or 4 are invalid but when i select 5, its fine? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

By Partner Mail you are talking about the old stand-alone unit that looks like a PC? If so which release- R1 or R3?
