I'm trying to set up coverage on 2 phones. When one phone is dialed the customer wants another phone to ring at the same time. This worked well on 2.1. Bridged appearances, it seems, wont ring both phones, according to customer, and coverage on 3.0 wont ring phones at same time either. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The Bridging should ring if both phones are the same type. You could use coverage but set the cover timer on the principle phone to 1 sec. or it will ring 10sec default before ringing the second phone.

Tried both the one second coverage and the bridged appearance without any luck.
Avaya had to go muck with something that worked perfectly, nice huh? I'll keep pounding 'till I get it to work.
