We have just installed a IP Office 406 and VM Pro in our office. We need to set up an "Emergency Mailbox" to dial out to a pager number. We can dial a cell phone without any issues but are having a hard time with a pager since we need pauses and such. Could someone please tell me how to enter pauses. Also can a cascade mailbox be stup to call multiple pager numbers in a certain order. I hate to say it but Partner Messaging seems more advanced than this thing.

A comma is used for pauses in the VMPro. Open VMPro and click on help. Then type in callback. You should find the info that you are seeking there.
