We're evaluating small-medium office conference call bridges with dial in meet me capabilities. Does anyone have any recommendations? Does anyone know anything about a Confer III by Forum Communications?
Thanks in advance.

What type of phone system do you have? Or are you shopping for complete system that has Conf Bridge? Telrad Digital Unite system has 30 party conf and conf bridge.

I have a Comdial DXP. We handle a lot of "manual" conference calls thorugh it. Howver when there are several parties that need to call in and be connected it really isn't feasible to do it with what we have.
I am hoping to either have something stand-alone, or something that can hang off of some IST ports.

I installed some private mfg. conf. bridge into a Toshiba DK424 system, the thing was frying every week... My suggestion is find a phone system that has this addon designed just for their system... mitch taylor [email protected]

have worked on a couple forum bridges, seem very reliable, had one on our test bench a couple weeks prior to install, worked great in testing.

We sell and install the Confer products. You really can't go wrong with them. They are very reliable and work very good. I have never had any complaints from any of my customers. They are an investment, but they usually pay themselves off with a year, or a shorter time if you were doing alot of calling. They will go on just about any system that has analog stations.
