Does anyone know how to set a RAS connection? The only thing i got so far is the modem hooked up to the server. Now i dont know what to do. Can anyone help?

I know where to set the ip address in the web interface. I am really stumped on where do i create the login for the RAS connection. I now that it in not on the pbx. Is it on the server? If so, where do i create that account?
